| These falls are at the end of the Johnston Canyon trail in Banff National Park (about 20 miles NW of Banff and about a mile and a half from the road). You can get close to the falls -- actually within a few feet -- by it gets quite wet that close! The swirling water at the base of the falls made for a nice long exposure. A cloudy day, along with the slowness of Velvia, allowed me to take a nice long exposure to exaggerate the swirling motion of the water. |
